Responsibilities:
- Positively Promoting the restaurant and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Memorizing the menu and have an understanding of the dishes and ingredients.
- Attending Pre-shift meetings to stay informed of any changes in the restaurant menu or service
- Shift preparation, service and closing duties
- Following Serving It Right guidelines to ensure guest safety
- Offering service support to any team members when needed
Qualifications:
- Serving It Right
- Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
- Previous customer service experience an asset
