Job Description
Compensation & Schedule
✅ Competitive wages: $22.07 to $22.62
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4PM
Your Role
As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅.
You will:

Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency

Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces

Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment

Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment

Assist machine operators with daily production tasks

Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas

Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential to production flow

Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly

Able to remain focused and productive during 12-hour shifts
