Warehouse Lead
The warehouse lead will be responsible for leading warehouse staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of materials and maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations within the natural gas industry
What does a Warehouse Lead do?
- Lead, coach, and mentor future warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale
- Coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing natural gas materials and products
- Maintain and update warehouse records, including logs of equipment, tools, and materials
- Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring they meet company standards
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a lead role
- 2-3 years experience in a warehouse environment, natural gas distribution or related industry
- 2-3 years experience operating a lift truck
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Salary information: $50,000 - $54,000 - Depending on Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
