*Job Overview*
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist with loading and sorting materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of product as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
*Experience*
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a labor setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
