Sales Representative – Recreational Boating Products (Inside Sales)
Are you a natural problem solver with a knack for sales and a passion for boating? We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the perfect thruster systems for their vessels.
This role blends technical knowledge, sales drive, and customer service. You’ll be the go-to expert who helps boat owners choose the right products, provides quotes, and supports them from first inquiry through installation and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Guide customers in selecting the right thruster system for their boat
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing details, and upsell recommendations
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals
- Deliver outstanding customer service and post-sale support
- Troubleshoot basic technical questions about setup and installation
- Work with engineering and product teams on technical or recurring issues
- Contribute to FAQs, product guides, and best-practice materials
- Support order processing, logistics, and product launches as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer support (preferably in a technical or marine-related field)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical information
- Proficient with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love turning inquiries into results
