About the Role
Kaiya is looking for a reliable, hardworking part-time general duty worker to join our team in Osoyoos. The primary focus of this role is site clean-up, with a range of other general duties depending on daily needs. This is a great fit for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping a worksite safe, tidy, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Site clean-up and general upkeep (primary duty)
- Inventory management - receiving, organizing, and tracking materials and supplies
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Running errands and picking up/dropping off supplies as needed
- Assisting other team members with general duties and day-to-day tasks
- Other general duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Safety-oriented - follows safe work practices and keeps the site hazard-free
- Reliable and responsible - shows up on time and follows through
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
