Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Schedule showroom appointments and flooring measurements.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic paperwork.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the showroom reception area clean and organized.
- Assist with filing, inventory updates, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales team and installers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and project updates.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and internet).
- Experience with QuickBooks or POS systems is an asset.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
