THE PARK Restaurant is seeking a hard working and charismatic server who is excellent with time-management. Our service team creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our guests. We strive to exceed our guest’s expectations from the moment we greet them, until they leave the building. We are looking for a dynamic server for a part-time role who can fill in during our busier times. Positions at The Park are seasonal, but may lead to employment in other areas of Crown Isle.
GOALS:
- Offer warm greetings and farewells to our guests demonstrating our appreciation of them.
- Provide efficient, proactive, and personalized service, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Learn and master product knowledge that will assist you in guiding our guests through our food and beverage options, offering suggestions and additions that will enhance their experience.
- Lead by example in the goals of pleasing our guests, our coworkers, and our owner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Flexible schedule.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and/or a willingness to learn.
- A keen eye for details and a passion for service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
- A valid Serving it Right or equivalent.
- A valid FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Certificate is an asset.
- And most importantly, an authentic personality, a calm, welcoming and composed demeanor and desire to be the best that you can be. And of course, to have fun along the way!
