Clinicly Distribution is hiring a Sales Representative to sell high ticket wellness devices designed for med spas, clinics, wellness centers, women’s health practices, and health-focused businesses.
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Rep who can manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, speak with business owners, run discovery calls, present the product, explain ROI, handle objections, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Prospect outbound clinics, med spas, and wellness businesses
- Run discovery and sales calls
- Present pricing, ROI, and business opportunity
- Handle objections around price, timing, financing, and fit
- Send quotes, follow-ups, and next steps
- Manage pipeline inside the CRM
- Follow up consistently until the deal is closed or disqualified
Compensation:
- $3,000 USD/month ($4,250 CAD) base
- 10% commission on full-stack closed deals
- 5% commission on appointments set that close
- Average deal size: $35,000 to $42,000
- Target OTE: $12,000 USD to $16,500 USD/month
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong phone presence
- Comfortable selling to business owners
- Experience with high-ticket sales preferred
- Organized with follow-up and CRM management
- Confident, competitive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales
- Interested in wellness, med spas, women’s health, clinics, or aesthetic businesses
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to sell a high-ticket wellness product in a fast-growing market with strong commission upside.
Pay: $175,000.00-$235,000.00 per year
