Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grocery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers in finding products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking expiration dates.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Unload Deliveries and cross reference invoice to ensure all product arrived as per invoice.
- Carry out Groceries for Customers

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Experience with product demos is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet all day.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must speak fluent English.
