We are looking for a new team member to complete our Customer Service and Bookings department.
As a Customer Service Representative, you have experience with
· Outlook
· Excel
· Word
· Google Products (Drive, Sheets)
· Proprietary Programs
· Print to PDF
· Multi-Line phones
· Effective Problem solving
· Works well under pressure and deadlines
· Excellent time management skills
· Highly organized with a good memory for numbers and names
· Team player willing to learn other positions to complete your job more effectively
· Ability to work with people from various backgrounds
Duties Include
Answering phone calls and emails from customers. Accepting bookings with a high degree of accuracy. Communicating proactively with fellow employees. Other duties as they arise.
This FULL TIME Position offers
