Our client is a leading supplier of commercial door hardware, security, access control, and building solutions, representing several well-established manufacturers across Western Canada. They are looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions.

Position Summary
As the Sales Representative – Aftermarket & End User, you will be responsible for growing market share throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan by developing new business, supporting existing customers, and strengthening relationships with distributors, contractors, facility managers, and end users. Working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners, you will identify opportunities, promote innovative product solutions, and provide ongoing support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
· Build strong partnerships with distributors, contractors, facility managers, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and other end users.
· Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Create and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
· Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
· Identify market trends and new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
· Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
· Manage travel, expenses, and territory activities efficiently.
Qualifications
· Previous sales experience in construction, industrial, commercial building products, or a related industry.
· Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and generate new business.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
· Experience with CRM software; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
· Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
· Ability to lift and transport product samples and trade show materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of commercial construction, architectural hardware, access control, security products, or related building systems.
· Technical aptitude with mechanical, electronic, or IT-based products.
· Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, architects, consultants, or contractors.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to identify customer needs and develop practical solutions.
· AHC (Architectural Hardware Consultant) or EHC certification is considered an asset.
· Eligibility to travel to the United States for occasional training or corporate meetings.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
