Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and a lively atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable moments for our guests while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards. Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, including food preparation, serving, and drink service to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences
- Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Manage inventory levels for food ingredients, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Create engaging menus that highlight food preparation techniques and innovative drink options
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bar or hospitality management experience.
- Valid ProServe Certification (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and POS systems.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
