As part of the Client Service Team, this individual will be primarily responsible for providing support to key accounts. He/She will get to know each assigned client well enough to be able to proactively service them daily.
Previous experience supporting key accounts is mandatory.
Key Functions:
- Coordinate Orders for Clients from the Sales Team
- Track and Report on Client Deliveries
- Support client on-boarding with E-commerce Solutions
- Direct Support for Clients:
- Assist with account set-up, including credit verification
- Documentation support for quotes, orders and invoicing
- Generate and review monthly inventory reports
- Respond to daily customer inquiries and offer solutions
- Proactively engage and advise customers of updates regarding their orders
- General Office Duties and Document Management
Qualifications:
- Strong proven computer skills in the following programs: Microsoft Dynamics (NAV), Microsoft Teams, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- French communication skills would be an asset as well
- Minimum 5 years of Client Service experience in a B-2-B setting required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Renumeration: $60,000.00 per year with eligibility for bonus based in company and individual performance
