Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment to meet company policies and industry safety regulations
- Complete service documentation
- Demonstrate equipment for customer
- Provide quality customer service
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
- Other duties as required
Qualifications or Skills
- High School Diploma
- Level 3 in either 421A Heavy Equipment or 310T Truck and Coach or higher
- 3+ years Aerial Work Platform experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with various engines and hydraulic systems
- Good customer service skills
- Have a good understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills including verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of equipment from brands such as Skyjack, JLG and Genie
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record

Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Management reserves the right to determine any bonus payment.
