Seeking nurse practitioner (NP) locum for family practice maternity leave
Start date: mid-February 2025 for 6 months (end of August 2025). Dates are flexible.
Roster size: approximately 1150 patients. Very supportive clinic and a well managed practice
Schedule: looking for 6 half days / week (one half day would be 3 hours in clinic + 1 hour admin time).
The 6 half days includes one evening shift seeing patients from 5-8pm.
There is one Sat shift from 9am - noon every 4 weeks.
An additional half day of admin time each week is compensated as well.
EMR: Accuro
Clinic: FHO practice with three other collegial family physicians. MOA / nursing support for vitals, vaccinations, etc. There is a pharmacy and imaging clinic with specialist support on-site as well
Requirements
- Current nurse practitioner certification
- Malpractice insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
