CARGO CABBIE is hiring a Client Services Representative to join our Toronto office team.
Since 2010, CARGO CABBIE has built a reputation as one of Toronto’s top-rated moving and storage companies, known for premium service, professionalism, and white-glove moving experiences.
This is not a basic “answer the phone and take a message” role. This position is for someone who can manage client inquiries, support sales, prepare quotes, follow up with leads, schedule jobs, solve problems, and help create an excellent customer experience from the first call to the final follow-up.

About the Role
As a Client Services Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients planning residential moves, condo moves, office moves, packing services, storage, and moving supply orders.
You will help guide clients through the process, answer questions, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate details with the operations team to help ensure every job runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to handle busy days, multiple priorities, and client expectations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Follow up with sales leads, quote requests, and past inquiries.
- Prepare moving, packing, storage, and box shop quotes accurately.
- Help convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs.
- Provide clear, helpful information to residential and commercial clients.
- Manage client communication before, during, and after service.
- Support scheduling of moving jobs, crews, trucks, and service details.
- Create and process invoices, payments, and client records accurately.
- Assist with box shop orders, delivery coordination, and customer follow-up.
- Handle client concerns, service questions, and escalations with patience and solutions.
- Work closely with operations, management, movers, packers, and warehouse staff.
- Help improve internal workflows, client experience, and sales processes.
- Represent CARGO CABBIE with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, client care, administration, or a related office role preferred.
- Experience handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, quotes, bookings, or sales pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, email, calendars, and CRM-style systems.
- Ability to learn company processes, pricing, services, and client communication standards.
- Knowledge of Toronto and GTA neighbourhoods is an asset.
- Moving, logistics, storage, home services, real estate, construction, or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario G licence is an asset, but not required unless driving is part of the role.
