Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling land
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers (training provided)
- Perform paving tasks and other surface finishing activities
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Assist with the installation of structures, frameworks, and other construction elements
- Carry materials and tools to designated areas on the job site
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (training available)
- Experience with paving or similar surface work is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Construction experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
