La Capital Tacos is hiring for kitchen staff, Taquero, cooks and sous chefs with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate would have an interest in how to build a Pastor, how to cook Carnitas traditionally as per our recipe and process, or have Mexican culinary background. Daytime or evening shifts are available.
