Heat Pump Solutions is looking for an experienced, organized and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse. We’re a busy HVAC company, so this is a hands-on role. We need someone who can keep the warehouse organized, stay on top of inventory and make sure our installation and service teams have the equipment and materials they need to get their jobs done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse
- Receiving, organizing and tracking parts and inventory
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming equipment and materials
- Keeping accurate inventory and monitoring stock levels
- Preparing equipment and materials for upcoming installations and service calls
- Coordinating with the office, sales and field teams to make sure jobs are properly supplied
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized and safe
- Tracking tools and equipment
- Identifying low stock and helping coordinate orders
- Handling returns, warranty items and damaged materials as needed
- Helping load and unload equipment and deliveries
- Looking for practical ways to improve warehouse organization and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, inventory or logistics experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the warehouse
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Able to safely lift and move equipment and materials
- Valid driver’s license
- HVAC, automotive, construction or trades-related inventory experience is preferred.
