Western Toyota is seeking a motivated, energetic, and career-minded Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Corner Brook, Newfoundland dealership.
This opportunity requires someone with strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner. You will provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person, book service appointments, efficiently schedule service work for customers, and sell recommended or required services to customers. This position pays a base salary plus bonus.
What You'll be Doing:

Greeting service customers and obtaining customer and vehicle data

Scheduling service appointments in an efficient manner and in consultation with the Service Manager

Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture’s specifications, using maintenance menus

Providing strong customer communication by ensuring that customers understand the services being recommended or carried out on a vehicle
-
Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and scheduling appointments; returning phone messages promptly

Processing warranty claims
-
Providing follow-up with customers
-
Providing support on the parts and service counters when required
-
Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
