Position Overview
We are seeking an educated, highly organized, and inspiring Program Coordinator & Operations/Office Manager to oversee the business, administrative, and educational quality across our two daycare locations.
While a specific degree in Early Childhood Education is not required to apply, we are seeking an educated professional (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred) with sharp administrative capabilities and strong leadership qualities. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our centers, managing logistics, compliance paperwork, and parent tours. Equally important, you will serve as an instructional leader—guiding, coaching, and teaching our staff how to effectively instruct and engage the children. We will fully provide and fund the baseline childcare training required for compliance once you are on board.

- Multi-Site Logistics: Divide your time effectively between both locations. Act as the structural anchor for our staff, ensuring classrooms are fully stocked with educational resources, schedules are tightly coordinated, and staff compliance files (background checks, certifications) are perfectly maintained.
