**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
**Duties:**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Supervise and train store staff to meet sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
