High-volume, rapidly growing dealership in East GTA looking for a Senior Parts Advisor who can produce, take ownership, and step into a Parts Manager role in the near future.
What You’ll Do
- Drive retail & wholesale parts sales (phones, walk-ins, accounts)
- Grow and develop wholesale business
- Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and obsolescence
- Execute merchandising and in-store parts presentation
- Handle internal work orders and support the service team
- Assist at the service counter when needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years dealership parts experience
- Strong understanding of inventory control and parts operations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident on phones and with customers
- Ambition to move into management
Pay Plan
- Strong base + aggressive performance bonuses + extensive health benefits

- No cap for top performers
