RainCity Decks is a growing leader in building envelope restoration, waterproofing, and structural deck repairs throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Concrete Repair & Restoration Technician to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Concrete removal using light demolition equipment
- Concrete patching and structural repairs
- Rebar cleaning, replacement, and corrosion treatment
- Forming and placing repair mortars
- Crack repairs and concrete restoration
- Surface preparation including grinding and scarifying
- Working with epoxy injections, bonding agents, and repair materials
- Assisting with waterproofing and balcony restoration projects
- Following all safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in concrete repair and restoration
- Knowledge of rebar replacement and corrosion mitigation
- Ability to read drawings and follow repair specifications
- Comfortable using grinders, jackhammers, chipping hammers, and power tools
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Fall protection certification is an asset (training available if required)

Pay
$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
