We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman/Woman Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly, providing reliable service and support across various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced mechanics to showcase their technical skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence.
Duties
- Preventative maintenance on the truck, but must be open to work on trailers as well.
- Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
- Follow safety and use of proper PPE.
- Follow procedures.
- Assist with assembly and disassembly of mechanical components during repairs or upgrades
- Lift heavy components safely during maintenance procedures, adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and future reference
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Red Seal is an asset.
- CVIP Certification is an asset.
- Two years verifiable mechanic experience.
- Operation of hand and air tools.
- Valid mechanic certification or journeyman/woman status recognized by relevant trade authorities is required

Pay: $26.27-$43.79 per hour
