As our Manager, Insurance Marketing you will be responsible for developing, recommending and overseeing the comprehensive and integrated Travel Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance marketing strategies. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending marketing and product opportunities, as well as generating qualified sales leads for both Orion and CAA Manitoba Insurance Brokerage to achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the businesses. In this position you will consult and collaborate on Business Planning for Travel Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance – in conjunction with various teams to contribute to the development and execution of a multi-channel product and sales strategy, as well as provide regular analyses and go forward recommendations. You will be proactive in the planning of Club-lead Insurance initiatives which will contribute to the book of business growth for life, health and dental in conjunction with the campaigns of our Underwriters marketing plans. You must also remain up to date on insurance industry regulations and build and maintain a level of knowledge of competitive Insurance products, as well as current and shifting market conditions. As a manager, you will lead, coach and mentor the Insurance Marketing Specialist, as well as manage relationships with internal key stakeholders and external vendor partners and suppliers.

Thorough knowledge of Direct Marketing principles – including data segmentation, list selection, creative testing and campaign analysis
Familiarity with sales and results forecasting and comfort level working with numbers and KPI tracking
Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools
7+ years of relevant marketing experience
2-5 years of results analysis and forecasting experience
