We’re hiring a Vice Direttore Generale (Assistant General Manager) at Piatto. We’re looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager who genuinely enjoys engaging with our guests. Most importantly, we want a natural leader who can encourage and inspire our employees, is personable and takes enormous pride in the service experience, from greeting to cheque and beyond. The Piatto famiglia began in 2010 as a single restaurant on Duckworth Street in St. John’s, NL. We have grown since then and are celebrating our 10 year anniversary with our Elizabeth Ave location this year 2026. We have received the prestigious designation of authentication from the Italian governing body the AVPN (L’Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), a designation held by just over 600 pizzerias worldwide and only 35 in Canada. We cook all our pies in a 900º wood-fired oven that’s displayed centre stage so our guests can enjoy the show! It’s part of our guest experience and it’s what keeps people flocking to Piatto.
