HRMS branch is looking to modernize its system portfolio and the Business Analyst role is the key to this modernization. Business Analyst with work with HR business leaders to explore opportunities to identify new digital services and transform existing services to deliver value for the customers. Business Analyst would also lead Product Development initiatives to identify, document Business Requirements and Design Specifications.

- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in functional analysis and business requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience in providing Client Service in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of programming language such as SQL in the context of relational databases
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
