As an Early Career Project Controls Professional in our Buildings sector, based in Calgary or Edmonton, you will support cost management, financial reporting, forecasting, and scheduling activities across public- and
private-sector
projects. This permanent role offers a foundation for long-term growth in project controls, with practical coaching from cost, planning, scheduling, finance, and project-delivery professionals. You may also gain exposure to government and
defence
-related assignments as future project needs
evolve
.
Support project cost control by maintaining accurate cost records, commitments, budgets, forecasts, and related project data.
Contribute to project controls processes by validating data, tracking changes, and maintaining clear, traceable documentation.
The Skills That Set You Apart
A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, construction management, project management, or another quantitative discipline.
Strong numerical and financial aptitude, with the ability to work confidently with cost data, estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
Foundational knowledge of project environments, project delivery processes, cost control, financial reporting, or scheduling gained through education or practical experience.
