Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
In this position, you will need to balance both client relations and social media/marketing strategy. You must be skilled in communication, project management, and content creation to succeed.
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts
- Manage various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with clients' brand voices and goals.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results
- Collaborate with the team to strategize overall marketing efforts for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and feedback.
- Provide clients with detailed reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, SEO, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Later, CapCut, and other Social Media/Marketing Tools
- Strong research skills to identify trends and target audiences effectively
- Proficiency in graphic design for creating visually appealing content
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Must be able to manage tasks independently, ensuring timely and effective completion of responsibilities.
