Century Beach RV Resort and Blue Heron Resort are on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and customer-loving rockstar to join our team for the 2026 season!
This isn’t your average summer gig—it’s a chance to be part of a resort that brings vacation dreams to life! You’ll wear many hats, from welcoming guests at the front desk to running our cozy little store, and even helping plan epic events.
What You’ll Be Doing
Front Desk Fun
- Be the friendly face that greets customers when they arrive (and send them off with a smile when they leave!).
- Answer calls, emails, and questions like a pro.
- Share the inside scoop on resort amenities, events, and all the best local spots.
- Solve customer concerns with a calm, professional touch.
- Cleaning of common spaces and washrooms to keep things tidy for our customers.
Retail Therapy
- Run our on-site store—helping guests find clothing, snacks, drinks, and those last-minute cottage essentials.
- Keep the shelves stocked and looking great.
- Ring up sales using a point-of-sale system.
- Keep things tidy and inviting.
Entertainment Extraordinaire
- Assist the GM in planning and running awesome events for all ages.
- Hype up activities and get guests involved.
- Work with local entertainers and vendors to bring unique experiences to the resort.
- Gather guest feedback so we can keep making things even better!
The Nitty-Gritty
Work Location: In person at Century Beach RV Resort & Blue Heron
Schedule: Full time, seasonal (immediate start - mid-October) with varying hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Recurring seasonal position for the right person!
Shifts: 4 to 8-hour shifts
Contract Length: 4 - 5 months
What We’re Looking For
- A people person with great communication & organizational skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Customer service experience (a bonus, but not required!)
- Ready to jump in and be a team player
