The Exterminators Inc. are looking for a sales and marketing assistant to join our growing team. As a full-time marketing assistant, you would be working closely with our sales and advertising teams to support ongoing marketing projects and assist in the implementation of new marketing plans.
Role Overview:
Engage customers over the phone and online – answer written and oral inquiries
Create, curate and post content on web and social media channels
Organize information and input data, documenting sales and marketing initiatives
Responsibilities
Interact with customers to schedule appointments and measure customer satisfaction
Write and submit quotations
Create compelling copy for website and various social media mediums
Curate, edit and publish content – WordPress and social media channels
Help manage editorial calendar
Edit, organize and optimize photos
Handle general administrative functions as needed
Basic data entry
Some graphic design
Video editing skills a plus Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or marketing
1 year – 3 years’ experience in sales
1 year – 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
1 year – 3 years’ content marketing
Strong oral and written communication skills including proofreading
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive
Proficiency in WordPress
Experience working with image editors
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Flexible hours with some evening and weekend availability Salary and Benefits

Salary: $36,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year – based on experience
