Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans
- Assess children progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support children achievement
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices
- Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth
Requirements
- Certification is Must (level 2 and level 3)
- Prior experience working with diverse children populations is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
