The CSR is responsible for providing first tier customer service to customers. The CSR will provide general customer service, order support, service enrollment, & problem resolution to customers via phone interactions and/or email/chat/web interactions. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
The agent will proficiently use the call guidelines, and will proficiently follow call outlines for any program without a script or call guide. This includes regularly use of the knowledge base and reference tools to ensure the most current and accurate information is available when assisting customers.
