Willowdale School of Music is looking for a Kindergarten Piano Teacher to join our teaching team. Interested applicants should apply with a cover letter and resume to Sarah Murley-Hauser at [email protected].

Selected applicants will be asked to teach a 45 minute demo class as part of the interview process. The successful candidate will be required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Check at the time of hiring.
Classes will run in-person out of our North York location at 5927 Yonge St (Yonge & Cummer).

We are looking to fill the following positions (including but not limited to):
Contract:
- Employee status with three months probationary period
- Pay range is $34 - $37/hour + $2 per each additional student after the first student (with 4% holiday pay & EI/CPP/tax remittances)
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching piano to students ages 4+
- Minimum 2 years group teaching experience with students ages 4+
- Early Childhood education and music experience a plus but not a requirement
- A Bachelors of Music or equivalent degree in piano
Pay: $34.00-$37.00 per hour
