Join our dynamic chicken processing and food production company in Brampton, Ontario as a Shipper/Receiver, Material Handler, and Counterbalance Forklift Operator.
The ideal candidate should have previous chicken, meat processing, poultry, or food manufacturing experience, along with hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, and counterbalance forklift operation.

- Strong-smelling environment due to chicken/meat processing
- Fast-paced food production and warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable working in refrigerated or temperature-controlled areas
Shift Details
- Morning Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- 8–10 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, transport, and position products
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming products and materials
- Move and stage chicken, meat products, packaging materials, pallets, and warehouse materials
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, staging, and order verification
- Perform general material-handling and warehouse duties
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, health and safety, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support daily warehouse, production, and distribution operations
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, warehouse, logistics, or distribution
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certification with hands-on experience
- Previous chicken, meat processing, poultry, meat factory, or food manufacturing experience should be available
- Experience working in a cold/refrigerated environment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced chicken processing and food production environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse and material-handling duties
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
