Your main tasks will be to :

Develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities and follow-up on web and phone inquiries.

Analyze the needs of current and potential clients in order to offer customized and tailored solutions.

Prepare pricing, draft commercial proposals, and present clear and compelling quotes.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure an effective response to the needs and requirements of clients and prospects.

Achieve established sales objectives and KPIs, while providing weekly follow-up on activities, opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.
What we are looking for:

You enjoy customer service and have sales experience particulary in B2B

You are comfortable communicating in French and English with your customers and colleagues across Canada and the United States.

You are familiar with the transportation and/or customs industries
-
You're a fast learner and make it a point of honour to meet your customers' requirements

You are at ease with the Microsoft suite and the use of CRM
