Bevel is a new premium-casual restaurant opening soon in Yaletown by the team at Dovetail. We are looking for line and prep cooks that bring a positive, outgoing energy, and have full-time availability. Applicants MUST be willing to close the restaurant!

Kitchen Team Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
- Closing will likely require cooks to be on site until 1-1:30am from Sunday to Thursday, and as late as 2-2:30am on Friday and Saturday.
Skills You Bring:
- Experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods, or the curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations is a must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with our diverse kitchen team.
