Bevel is a new premium-casual restaurant opening soon in Yaletown by the team at Dovetail. We are looking for line and prep cooks that bring a positive, outgoing energy, and have full-time availability with a willingness to either open or close.

Kitchen Team Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
- Closing will likely require cooks to be on site until 1am from Sunday to Thursday, and as late as 2am on Friday and Saturday. Opening prep cooks will be scheduled to start between 6am and 8am most days.
Skills You Bring:
- Experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods, or the curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations is a must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with our diverse kitchen team.
