We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Sales to lead domestic student recruitment within Canada for our Canadian institutional partners. This is a senior, in-market role responsible for owning the recruitment pipeline end to end, converting prospective students into enrollments, and delivering against partner-facing targets. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales leader who knows the Canadian student recruitment landscape and can operate independently while collaborating across our partnerships and services teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment of students within Canada for Canadian institutional partners, owning the full funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
- Build and manage a healthy recruitment pipeline, with accountability for conversion rates and enrollment targets.
- Develop and execute in-market sales strategies tailored to the Canadian domestic student segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional partners, managing performance, reporting, and relationship health.
- Collaborate with marketing and services teams to align campaigns, messaging, and student support with recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activity, and outcomes in CRM, and provide regular forecasts and performance updates.
- Represent MSM Unify at events, information sessions, and partner engagements across Canada.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with applicable Canadian regulations and institutional admission requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in sales or student recruitment, ideally within higher education, international education, or a related services sector.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting or selling within the Canadian market, with strong knowledge of the domestic student landscape.
- Seniority and judgment to operate independently and lead recruitment in-market without close supervision.
- Strong relationship management skills with institutions, partners, and prospective students.
- Comfort with CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
