Position: Service Advisor
Mazzuca Chrysler is looking to add a Service Advisor to our team. The successful candidate will address customer concerns, organize work orders, and schedule jobs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the service department
- Answer customer calls and provide quotes
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Schedule jobs and address technician issues
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized service department
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive service role is an asset
- Knowledge of parts and service
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
Hours
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary and Benefits
Benefit plan, pay rate according to experience
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
