BRAND AND CREATIVE CONTENT SPECIALIST
Full Time Role – Based in Winnipeg, MB
Parian Logistics provides corporate shared support services and third-party logistics to a group of affiliated Canadian retailers, including Urban Barn, Auld Phillips, Warehouse One, Ricki’s, Bootlegger, and cleo. Parian Logistics’ corporate support services include accounting and finance, logistics and distribution, digital marketing and e-commerce, customer service, information technology, human resources, sourcing, real estate and store construction services.
The Brand and Creative Content Specialist plays a key role in strategizing and executing the creative vision, reporting directly to the Director of Brand and Creative Services. Working closely with cross-functional specialists, this role focuses on our brand partner, Suzanne’s, to ensure that the Suzanne's brand identity is consistently represented across all channels. Whether it's creating digital content, organizing eCommerce product shoots, or planning in-store experiences, the Content Specialist drives the brand's reputation by developing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies.

What you’ll be a part of
Graphic Design (50%)
- Design on-brand, customer-facing graphic assets, including emails, in-store signage, hangtags, and digital collateral.
- Ensure cohesive design aesthetics by working closely with brand leadership.
- Maintain a unified and consistent visual approach across all customer touchpoints.
Creative Coordination (30%)
- Partner with photographers and stylists to manage and coordinate eCommerce product photography shoots.
- Manage the daily email content calendar.
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop seasonal hero messaging that aligns with current trends.
- Work closely with social media specialists on key initiatives, engagement strategies, and community-building efforts.
- Coordinate with paid media agencies on seasonal deliverables.
- Ensure Suzanne’s creative vision is consistently reflected in all content.
Creative Strategy Development (20%)
- Lead the creation of compelling storytelling initiatives and engaging content strategies.
- Maintain a viewpoint of competitor analysis and research of industry trends.
- Assist in developing and implementing seasonal marketing strategies to maximize sales and promotional events.
- Contribute to creating concepts for contests and customer acquisition tactics to attract new customers.
- Conduct outreach to external brand partners for collaboration and co-op opportunities.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the apparel or retail industry.
- Strong graphic design background, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in apparel marketing or retail is an asset.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver meaningful, impactful results.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
- A creative mindset with the initiative to bring fresh, innovative ideas forward.
- Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
