Qualifications

Basic:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (No previous call center is experience is required)
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge of using search engines (e.g. cutting & pasting, moving through multiple windows and keyboarding skills)
  • Must be able to adhere to assigned schedule
  • Ability to sit for entire shift
  • Must be able to attend 4-week training class that begins March 4th, 2019
  • The position is a rotating shift assignment
  • Monday – Friday shift hours will be an 8 hour shift between 9:30am-7pm local time
  • Saturday shift hours will be an 8 hour shift between 6:30am–4pm local time, and will be included in the rotation
  • Monthly schedule rotation will be: 2 weeks at Monday-Friday, and 2 weeks at Tuesday-Saturday
  • Must be able to attend onsite training from 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday local time, (100% attendance required) at the Staples Contact Center
Preferred:
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
