As the National Leader Credit Lending Specialist Team, you will play a critical role by leading the Credit Lending Specialist Team which provides all the administrative support and processing for the Credit Planning Consultants. The role will partner with field leadership and head office teams to maximize wholesaling time for the CPCs by removing all the administrative processing from their list of responsibilities. You will build strong relationships with our two key mortgage providers, strengthening loyalty and helping to create and grow efficiencies in the processing of business. You will also represent the needs of team to head office as they design and develop tools, products and processes.
What you will do:
Provide management, guidance, training and support to a team of Mortgage Processing Experts
Establish goals and complete performance evaluations. Provides daily support and guidance to team
Providing direct support and input to Wealth Solutions in establishing and implementing procedures for application processing and completing research and analysis necessary for problem resolution
Regularly review and modify procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance to regulatory requirements
Escalate issues of most occurring pain points providing creative solutions and influencing areas impacting CLSs to enable effective and timely resolution of key issues
Partner with Field Leadership to ensure proper communication of successes, issues and concerns
Understand issues impacting sales flows and work to adjust focus, process, tools and technology

Deep knowledge and experience in mortgage administration and underwriting
