Duties
- Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and balance.
- Conduct tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures, recommending repairs or replacements as needed.
- Perform wheel alignments, rotations, and balancing to optimize vehicle performance and safety.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks and brake inspections when necessary.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels weighing significant amounts, adhering to safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and offering tire maintenance advice.
Experience
- Proven tire technician experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and mechanical principles.
- Mechanical knowledge of tire installation, wheel alignment, brake systems, and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tire irons, and power tools used in automotive repair.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in a physically demanding environment.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
