Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for an existing vacancy to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the firm. The role focuses primarily on developing and maintaining e-learning content and managing the firm’s LMS, while also supporting instructor-led onboarding and training initiatives. This position works closely with business professionals across all areas to deliver effective, engaging learning solutions and is based in our London office.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Training, HR, Education, or related field
- 5+ years or relevant experience in a corporate environment is preferred
- CTP, CTDP, APTD or CPTD certification is an asset
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Ability to learn and use different software
- Experience with Articulate360 is an asset
- Experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio scripts/video scripts
Responsibilities:
- Work with members of other departments to write and design training curricula, materials, and programs including functional technical skills, leadership development, and new initiatives
- Create engaging and interactive training content
- Follow up with learners and management periodically to collect feedback
- Oversee and maintain the firm’s LMS
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are set up for success
