WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be responsible for keeping the restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. She/He will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day fast food restaurant operations and in leading the staff of our Wendy's. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs. The Assistant Manager must have experience in restaurant management, people motivation, and must be an excellent communicator.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager, some responsibilities:
- Must have Wendy’s certified Managers Training for 11 weeks
- Comply with food safety procedures
- Work with management team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor cost
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage crew members
- Interview and recommend crew members for hiring
- Provide proper training for crew members
- Maintain fast, accurate top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast-food restaurant.
Physical Ability
· Ability to stand for long periods
· Frequent bending and kneeling
· Regular lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
· Ability to travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as needed
Equipment Use
· Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
· Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
· Ability to use keyboard and computer

Working Conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
Qualified Restaurant Manager candidates will possess:
· Prior Restaurant Manager/Supervisor experience in QSRs, fast casual &/or full-service concept
· Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hrs. /week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
· Access to transportation
· Valid DL and consent to background screening, including MVR, criminal and drug test
