The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment in guest apartments and public areas of Meadowvale Apartment Hotel. This role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Clean, sanitize, and restock guest apartments and bathrooms daily or as scheduled.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.
Follow hotel safety and hygiene standards and procedures.
Handle guests’ belongings respectfully and report lost and found items.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, soap, and tissues in rooms.
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.
