We are seeking a Measurement Canada Calibration Technician, Roving to join our growing team. We are an authorized service provider that has been recognized by Measurement Canada. We specialize in the maintenance, calibration and repair of pumping equipment, electrical, fuel management systems for retail petroleum stations, utility providers, transit services, and public works yards.
Please note that this position involves travelling to sites between Eastern Ontario and Quebec (Ottawa, Gatineau, Montreal). There is also the possibility for this position to be based out of any of the aforementioned locations.
Completing Measurement Canada Calibrations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Approving and inspecting measuring devices and completing all necessary online reporting
Service and maintain petroleum equipment, systems and accessories essential to site operation;
Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner always
Exercise considerable independent judgment in solving unusual work problems.
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed
Possess the physical and mental capabilities to work under stress and control multiple tasks at a time
Are very mechanically inclined, with an affinity for solving mechanical problems.
Enjoy both working alongside a team and operating independently.
Can make wise judgments when working independently, with no direct supervision.
Enjoy being on the road and visiting new places.
Are always looking for ways to do things better and more efficiently.

TSSA Petroleum Mechanic Certifications (PM1, PM2, PM3, or PMH)
Measurement Canada Certified Inspector
Bilingual in English and French
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel
Proven customer service skills
Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid Drivers License
