Responsibilities
· Coordinate student academic schedules (1-on-1 & group classes)
· Track student learning progress and academic performance
· Manage curriculum delivery across subjects (Math / English / Science / AP / IB)
· Maintain academic records and progress reports for parents
· Coordinate tutors and ensure teaching consistency
· Support curriculum development and teaching material organization
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, Linguistics, Mathematics, or related fields)
· Familiar with BC curriculum, IB, or AP systems
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Experience in tutoring centers or academic institutions preferred
· High attention to detail and responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in private schools or education centers in Canada
· Familiarity with curriculum planning or academic operations
· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / scheduling tools
Compensation
· Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
